Registered Nurse (RN)

Actively demonstrates a working knowledge of nursing theory, techniques, principles and practices in order to perform all nursing duties in accordance with the state Nursing Act, while adhering to all facility policies and procedures. Holistically cares for our clients and communicates with staff and clients' families with excellent written and verbal skills.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Assumes self-responsibility for all direct patient care activities as indicated by the Registered Nurse (RN) within the Nurse Practice Act and Home Care policies and procedures. Requirements are: post high school specialty training 1 year, 2 year license - Licensed Practical Nursing in the state of Georgia Certified - Basic Life Support.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Assists the Registered Nurse (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the provision of basic care, necessary unit tasks and functions in compliance with CWP policies and procedures, and applicable health care standards of the Department of Health. Requirements are: must be at least 18 years of age with a current and valid Georgia certification for Nursing Assistants.

Personal Care Assistant (PCA)

Provides home management tasks, health care tasks, personal hygiene services and other support services essential to the consumer's health. Requirements are: must be at least 18 years of age, must have a current and valid PCA/HHA Certificate or go through CWP's PCA/HHA training program, Rubella and Rubeola immunization or titer, PPD documentation within one year of hire, physical examination and a preferred high school diploma or equivalency.

Companion Care Assistant (CCA)

An individual who is competent to perform assigned functions of non-medical care to the client in their residence. Requirements are: must complete CWP's orientation, non-medical training program and competency.
