The Community Living Arrangement (CLA) Services is a Community Residential Alternative (CRA) program. This program offers permanent residential placement for your love one in the community. Our community residential arrangement services provides:

24 Hour Services
Protective Care & Watchful Oversight
Continuous Assessment of Needs & Changes of Conditions
Referrals for Appropriate Services When Needed
Assistance with ADL's (bathing, eating, dressing, etc)
3 Well-Balance Meals

2 Nutritious Snack per Day
Supervision with Medication
Implement Individual Person-Centered Plans According To Their ISP
Bedding & Supplies
Laundry & Housekeeping
